Check out this open website with a demo of what the content looks like. A key consideration of these resources is interactivity. Static content exists. It looks like they use a lot of H5P. They said it was built in the Mobius platform. I really like the idea that content should be interactive. I think that works better for learners. The major question for me is who develops what we need, how, and when. I think we need to get there in so many more learning situations. Right now, it would be great to use this approach to solve our numeracy problem.
