Analysis of assessment data helps us better understand learners, their process, and helps us meet their needs.

It is important to try and meet he needs of diverse learners in inclusive ways. We need to constantly assess our learners, programs, and practices to help us improve. Good analytics can help us identify multiple points of intervention.

Some domains of learning are easier for us to assess than others. The cognitive domain, for example, is difficult to assess.

The cognitive model you use depends on your domain.

It is important to know if your assessment is valid before making any conclusions. After identifying these skills statistical tests were identified and analysed. Then the tests were used to look at individual and group level analytics. I feel like I need Sidney to help me do this. It looks quite interesting and valuable but if I am going to do this I would need tom more statistical training and some validated assessment strategies. I am interested in reading this publication and seeing the assessment that was used. I wonder if they assessment is transferable to other contexts (like mine).

Her findings showed that students struggled in different areas. The assessment also differentiated between mater and non-master levels. Her results suggest that development of testing is possible even with complex domains of learning. It is important to be mindful at every step of the process and use an iterative process to have a quality product.
