Thinking Outside the Box

This is the second presentation I have been to over the last year that was promoting OneNote as a way to teach classes. Anne suggested that it can replace the need to use learning management systems. I had not thought of that potential before.

I feel like it would put me in a box. I didn’t realize how many things you can embed into OneNote. How flexible it may be. I wonder if it would be a better partner with an open WordPress website than the LMS. Students need a private way to complete coursework. It seems like it may work better for some courses (like math) than mine, but I need to examine it more to be sure. She offered to share videos if you email her. This project funded her work.
